You'll support with technical research, cashflow forecasting, and complex planning including investments, retirement, inheritance tax and alternative tax-efficient investments.

Most importantly, this is a role with a clear, structured progression path. You'll be next in line to move into a client-facing adviser role, with the guidance and mentorship to make that transition smooth and successful.

  • Ideally working toward Chartered status (or already Chartered)
  • Strong experience as a paraplanner or associate in a financial planning firm
  • Excellent technical knowledge and report writing skills
  • Confidence in client meetings and strong communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to deliver quality advice

What's on offer

  • £60,000 base salary
  • Hybrid working - central London office plus remote flexibility
  • A clear, supported route to becoming an adviser
  • Work in a firm that blends ethical values with professional excellence
  • In-house investment team and support from Chartered colleagues
  • A highly collaborative, positive team culture

If you're ready to step into an associate financial planner role with a business that will back your ambition and value your contribution, this is the perfect opportunity.
