Description

• Provide full secretarial and business support to a team of executives.
• Coordinate and manage schedules and appointments.
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
• Minute taking
• Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming mail and other material.
• Set up and maintain filing systems.
• Manage office space and resources efficiently.
• Ensure smooth communication with internal teams and external clients.

Profile

A successful French Speaking Executive Assistant should have:
