Senior Quantity Surveyor

An award-winning, globally recognised Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London office near Tottenham Court Road.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

You'll lead major schemes across Life Sciences, Higher Education, Commercial, and Masterplanning sectors (project values up to 200m+), working closely with Partners while being supported on your path to Associate.

You'll be joining a multidisciplinary team of over 150 professionals, collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the industry. Working closely with board members and partners, you'll lead complex, high-value projects while being supported on your journey to Associate and beyond.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally have:

• A construction-related degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
• MRICS (or working towards it)
• Strong experience leading projects pre- and post-contract
• Prior Quantity Surveying experience with a UK consultancy
