They are on the hung for a Senior Technical Designer to bring precision and expertise to their projects, ensuring seamless integration of technical elements into cutting-edge designs.

The Role:
As a Technical Designer, you are the crucial link between concept and execution, ensuring every design remains feasible, compliant, and true to the original intent. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will:

• Collaborate with designers to assess technical feasibility during pitches
• Develop detailed technical drawings, architectural plans, elevations, and sections
• Oversee and coordinate all drawing packages during design development
• Work closely with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution
• Conduct feasibility assessments, building control checks, and material research
• Support client-facing meetings for design sign-off before contract phases
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, company policies, and industry standards

About You:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Commercial awareness with an innovative mindset
• Experience in commercial interiors is a plus
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM360 (preferred)
• Knowledge of UK building systems, regulations, and construction methods
• Relevant BTEC or higher qualification
