Location: Covering a portfolio in the City of London
Salary: Up to 50,000

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments. This role requires the candidate to be technically strong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
• Plumbing PPMs & repairs
• Pumps & Motors
• Heat Pumps & valve replacements
• Technical mechanical knowledge - AHUs, FCUs, Hydraulics etc.
• Client facing skills to communicate with the client

Package & Benefits:

• Competitive basic salary of up to 50,000
• Van & Fuel Card provided
• Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Callout required
• Overtime Available
• 25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays (Goes up to 28 days)

Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 in a mechanical qualification or any related qualification such as a Mechanical Degree
• 3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
• Experience with Hydraulics, AHUs, FCUs
• Proven track record in commercial environments
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
