Your Role as a Senior Care Lead:

As a Senior Care Lead, you ll be at the heart of our home s success guiding, supporting, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care that truly makes a difference. You ll:

• Lead by Example: Provide hands-on care that reflects Avante s philosophy of combatting loneliness, helplessness, and boredom.
• Empower Your Team: Supervise, coach, and develop care staff to meet the highest standards.
• Be the Go-To Leader: Step in as the home s supervisor when the manager or deputy is unavailable.
• Ensure Excellence: Deliver care that s safe, compassionate, and meets CQC standards.
