You’re hands-on, practical, and take pride in doing things properly. With the core skillset already under your belt, you’ll confidently handle a wide range of repairs, support your teammates, and help keep workshop standards sky-high.

Experience in retail or a cycle workshop is great — but what really matters is that you come equipped with strong technical ability and excellent customer service skills.

To be successful in this role you'll need:

• Experience of service, building and repair across a range of cycles
• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail or cycle services environment
• Experience of sharing expertise with others
• Experience of working with - and achieving - sales targets
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
