• Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with the Building Safety Act and related legislation, proactively managing risks and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry changes.
• Client Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing regular, accurate reporting and exemplary service.
• Financial Management: Oversee financial planning and management of projects, ensuring budget and revenue targets are met.
