Teaching Assistant

Prospero Teaching are looking for Teaching Assistant to work in Primary Schools in and around Clacton-on-sea, starting from February 23rd 2026.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

• Location -Clacton-on-sea Position - Teaching Assistant Contract or position start date - 23rd Feb 2026 Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing booking until July Contract type - Long-Term Temporary Full time/part time - Part time to Full time Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate around £90-100 per day Hours -8.30 am - 3pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous TA experience
• GCSE English and Maths grade 'C'

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references
