Vacancy: LETTINGS MANAGER Residential Estate Agency

Location: Sutton, SM2

Salary: OTE £55k

Position: Permanent Full Time

Our client, a highly successful and instantly recognised Estate Agency Group is looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Lettings Manager to join their professional team based at their Sutton office.

You will already be in a similar position, have a great track record in residential Lettings and in generating and winning lettable instructions.

You will need to be a people motivator, a charismatic business winner and be driven to succeed. You will be determined, proactive and have a positive approach: familiarity with the local area and an ARLA qualification would be helpful.

Skills required for this Assistant Lettings Manager role will include:

• Previous experience in residential lettings
• Listing and instruction winning experience
• Ability to build strong business relationships
• Able to win new business
• Full UK driving license and car owner required
• Local knowledge of the Sutton area is preferred
