Accounts Supervisor

We are pleased to be working with our client who is looking for a qualified Accounts Supervisor based in Central Milton Keynes.

Summary of the Accounts Supervisor role

Salary: Competitive
Location: Milton Keynes minimum 3 days in the office
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5.30pm
Benefits: 23 days holiday, annual discretionary bonus, pension scheme, private healthcare, income protection and death in service

Responsibilities of the Accounts Supervisor

• Prepare accounts and VAT returns for various clients including Sole Traders and Partnerships.
• Prepare personal and corporation tax returns.
• Client management accounting.
• Data entry.
• Processing journals and finalising accounts.

Requirements for a successful Accounts Supervisor

• AAT Level 4 qualified or part qualified ACA or ACCA.
• Accounts experience within a practice environment previously is essential.
• VAT experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Xero, Sage and QuickBooks.
