Full-Time Core Subject Learning Support Assistant (LSA)Location: LambethDays: 5 days per week Secondary Schools

Are you a passionate and knowledgeable Learning Support Assistant with strong expertise in Maths, English, and Science? We are currently seeking a full-time Core Subject LSA to join welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Lambeth.

• Supporting students across Maths, English, and Science lessons

• Working closely with teachers to deliver targeted academic support

• Providing 1:1 and small group interventions to raise attainment

• Supporting students with varying abilities, including those with additional needs

• Helping to create an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment

• Has previous experience working as an LSA in a secondary school

• Demonstrates strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science

• Holds a degree (preferred)

• Is confident, proactive, and able to build positive relationships with students and staff

• Is committed to student progress and personal professional development

• A full-time, 5-day per week position
