Position: Support Worker

Location: St Albans

Salary: 11.44- 14.61 per hour

Hours: day shifts, half day, long day

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalised support to individuals in their daily activities

- Assist with personal care and promote independence

- Utilise Makaron for effective communication

- Maintain accurate records and documentation

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Support Worker in the UK

- Proficient in using Makaron

- Full UK driving licence and willingness to use a Motability car

- Up-to-date mandatory training certifications

- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)

- Ability to provide references for the last 5 years
