The Project:

A £200 Million Residential superstructure will provide 462 apartments within seven new blocks. The tallest block, on the corner of West Cromwell and Warwick Road, rises to 33-storeys, making it one of the tallest buildings in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea!

The new-build blocks are founded on top of an existing multi-storey car park, which will remain operational during the significant strengthening and alteration works needed to existing structure.

In addition to the new homes, the West Cromwell Road scheme will deliver commercial and retail space along with public realm improvements.

As Project Manager you could be placed on any one of these projects and be responsible for all activities from coordinating design, programming construction sequences, coordinating with sub contractors & clients whilst overseeing a team for all onsite delivery of works.

You will:

  • Lead project management by overseeing contract programmes, procurement strategies, and working drawings to meet client expectations and timelines.
  • Represent the company at meetings, ensuring team awareness of responsibilities and promoting a strong company image.
  • Manage design consultants and trade contractors to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery of project information and solutions.
  • Implement effective communication strategies, providing regular performance, risk, and opportunity reports to the team.
  • Ensure site safety culture and compliance with statutory regulations, company standards, and project documentation.

We re Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 7 in Construction/Construction Degree or MSc in Construction Management / Project Management.
  • Experience of working on high-rise building construction projects, ideally in london.
  • Experience on Residential and Mixed-use projects.
  • Good technical understanding from piling, sub & super structure to fit out stages of a project.
  • Chartered Member of CIOB
  • Good understanding of JCT Design & Build for of contracts
  • Fieldview
