We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join an Outstanding primary school in the London Borough of Croydon. Role Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Strong behaviour management skills to maintain a calm, focused, and engaging learning environment.
• High expectations for presentation and literacy standards to ensure pupils take pride in their work and make excellent progress.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating strong individual initiative.
• Commitment to upholding the Catholic ethos of the school and promoting its values in daily teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum
• Support the development of literacy and numeracy skills across the class
• Foster a positive learning environment with strong behaviour management
• Ensure children make progress in line with expected outcomes
• Engage with parents and carers, providing updates on student progress and supporting the school community

Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified teacher with experience teaching in primary school settings in KS2
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• A committed professional who takes pride in upholding high standards
• Passionate about teaching and able to inspire children to achieve their best
