  • Provide first-line support for colleagues using the LMS

  • Support the maintenance and updating of digital learning content

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external training providers to deliver an excellent learning experience.

About You

  • Knowledge of learning and development environments

  • Experience improving processes and systems

  • Awareness of the use of AI tools in learning administration and digital learning content development.

This role sits within a growing People Development function and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in digital learning, systems administration, and learning content development. As our learning offer continues to evolve, you'll have opportunities to expand your expertise and make a meaningful contribution to the future of learning across the organisation.

We're looking for someone who shares our values and is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment where people can thrive.

If you're passionate about delivering excellent learning administration, enjoy working with systems and data, and want to make a positive impact through learning and development, we'd love to hear from you.
