A leading construction company specialising in residential projects are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager for a residential project in Hemel Hempstead.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities for the residential project.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers.
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• SMSTS, CSCS black card, and First Aid
