We are currently looking for a passionate (Park Restaurant), to join our Food and Beverage team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a F&B Outlet Manager your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

Promote the image of Royal Lancaster as a professional organization.

Ensure to maintain a personal attitude of a high standard and quality, which produce efficiency and productivity of the department.

Deal with assigned projects and duties managing time in an efficient way.

Ensure that Opening and closing checklists are completed on KnowCross.

For each service, ensure that the restaurant is set up properly, that the team members are following grooming standards and that all the service stations are fully stocked, clean and free of damage.

Lead the team to ensure they provide polite and efficient service at all times, ensuring daily briefing are conducted, checking opening & closing duties, assigning task, preparing floor plan, focusing on customer service.

You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than hours.
