Randstad is recruiting on behalf of Kingston Council for experienced and dedicated Social Workers to join their Mental Health Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with the Care Act and Mental Health Act.

• Support service users with mental health needs, promoting recovery, independence, and well-being.

• Work collaboratively with individuals, carers, health professionals, and other agencies.

• Contribute to safeguarding investigations and participate in multi-agency meetings.

• Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with professional standards.

Requirements

• Social Work qualification with current Social Work England registration.

• Experience in mental health social work or a similar setting.

• Strong assessment, risk management, and care planning skills.

• Knowledge of relevant legislation, guidance, and best practice in mental health.

• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
