A mixed primary and secondary SEN Provision in Tadworth is seeking a dedicated educator to join their team. This full-time, long-term position has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

• Teach and support students with additional needs across a mixed primary and secondary setting.
• Plan and deliver tailored lessons that engage and inspire students to reach their full potential.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with support staff, families, and external professionals to meet individual learning needs.
• Manage behaviour effectively and foster emotional development.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• A strong understanding of individual education plans (IEPs) and differentiated learning strategies.
• A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
• A proactive, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.
