My client, a well-established company in the Electronics wholesaler sector, is looking for a Sales Assistant to support the Head of Sales in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth sales processes. This role requires a strong communicator who can confidently liaise with clients and internal teams. You'll need to be reactive and adaptable, responding quickly to customer needs and sales opportunities. Excellent organization skills are essential, as you'll be handling multiple tasks, coordinating with different departments, and keeping everything on track.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
• Deliver expert product knowledge, confidently answering questions on pricing, availability, and features.
• Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and provide outstanding service.
• Step in when needed, providing reliable holiday cover to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records, efficiently managing data entry across various platforms.

Skills:

• Proven experience in selling large kitchen appliances (Fridges, Washing Machines, Tumble Dryers) across multiple manufacturers.
• Confident and professional communicator, with a great telephone manner and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset, with experience in handling orders from start to finish to ensure a smooth buying journey.
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
• Dedicated and hardworking, always striving for excellence and delivering top-quality service.
