Print Technician

Firmin Recruit is excited to be working with our long-established manufacturing client based in the London, SE5 area. Due to business growth, our client is now recruiting for an experienced Print Engineer/Technician to join their friendly hard-working team.

The role will involve digitally printing on to my client s engineering products so this role would suit someone from a print background and the successful candidate will need to have experience running a Roland Printing machine.

The Role

• Create templates to enable selective printing
• Loading jigs and running Roland printing equipment
• Maintain and clean all equipment on a regular basis
• Responsible for inventory and organisation of all supplies
• Assist other team members and managers to increase efficiency in job processes and production
• Provide front counter assistance to internal customers as needed

Suitable Candidate:

• This role requires someone with digital printing experience
• Experience using Roland printing equipment is essential
• Previous experience working within the print industry is essential
• Attention to detail of work
• Experience using Adobe Illustrator or other graphics programs
• Computer skill must include Microsoft 365, Adobe
• The successful candidate will need to be able to work a flexible schedule
• Willingness to follow processes, safety standards and policies

Hours: 8am 4.30pm Monday Friday

Benefits: Pension, 23 Days Holiday +Bank Holidays, 2 x 15-minute paid breaks
