Experienced Core Subject Tutor

Job Title: Experienced Core Subject Tutor (Maths & English)
Location: Havering, London
Contract Type: Temporary, Flexible, Part-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: 25- 30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

• Deliver engaging and structured one-to-one tuition in Maths and English at various levels.
• Develop personalised lesson plans tailored to students' needs, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles, including support for SEN students where needed.
• Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages student confidence and success.

• Minimum 2 years of tutoring experience in Maths and English on a one-to-one basis.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Must have, or be willing to undertake, an Enhanced DBS check.

• PGCE and/or QTS is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience working with SEN students is a strong advantage.
