About the Role:

As a Conduct Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in executing the annual Conduct Plan, ensuring adherence to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requirements and Lloyd's of London Oversight Principles. You'll work closely with various business stakeholders, providing essential support and guidance on a range of conduct and consumer duty issues.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct Risk Management: Assist the Conduct & Complaints Manager in the daily execution of the annual Conduct Plan, focusing on proactive risk management.
  • Consumer Duty & Compliance: Offer practical advice on consumer duty and regulatory compliance, ensuring the organisation meets all necessary standards.
    • Complaints Handling: Support the management of complaints, ensuring that processes are efficient and customer-focused.
      • Training & Education: Help embed conduct-related ownership throughout the business by providing ongoing training and educational support.
        • Conduct Framework Development: Assist in revising and updating the organisation's Conduct Framework, ensuring that policies and processes remain relevant and effective.
          • Fair Value Assessments: Conduct fair value assessments to ensure that products and services meet the needs of consumers.
            • Horizon Scanning: Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide insights that support proactive compliance strategies.
              • Data Management: Manage and analyse data related to conduct risk, consumer outcomes, and complaints to drive informed decision-making.
                • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders to promote a culture of conduct ownership and awareness.
                  • Policy Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect best practises and regulatory requirements.
