About the Role: We are currently seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our esteemed team in London. As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile super prime residential projects, valued anywhere between 2m and 10m+, in one of the most exclusive markets in London. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Implement effective project management methodologies, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage project teams, conduct performance reviews, and provide guidance and support.
• Monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with regulations, and implement best practices for health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve project-related challenges to maintain project momentum and achieve objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management, specifically in the super prime high-end residential market.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, high-value residential projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and relevant industry standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• A proactive problem solver with keen attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality.
