Your new role
My client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join and support a local government organisation in two locations on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10-4pm. A fantastic opportunity if you have an interest / passion for history or enjoy going to museums.

Key duties include:

  • To ensure all health & safety regulations are adhered to and report any issues to the Centre Manager/appropriate teams
  • Record all accidents / incidents in line with the organisation's policies
  • Where required, respond to out-of-hours alarms and emergency call-outs as keyholder
  • Organising and running daily activities
  • Dealing with customer complaints and queries


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of working in a customer-facing role
  • Experience working in a similar role desirable - Duty Manager, department manager or supervisory role
  • Experience of dealing with queries and complaints is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to take a fair and balanced approach when resolving complaints
  • Access to your own car with full driving licence
  • Flexibility to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Keyholder experience desirable -
