About the Role:
This exciting opportunity allows you to work flexibly across various schools, providing essential cover for absent teachers and ensuring a smooth continuation of learning for students. You'll work with different year groups, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, managing classroom behaviour, and fostering a positive learning environment.

• Pay: Starting at 110 per day, based on experience and performance.
• Hours: Typically 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences.
• Deliver pre-planned lesson materials effectively.
• Maintain discipline and support positive behaviour management.
• Adapt to the needs of different schools and year groups.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Classroom management experience or the ability to manage behaviour effectively.
• Knowledge of or experience in educational settings.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
