About the Role:

This role involves providing vital end-of-life care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering both physical and emotional support to patients and their families during this important time.

You ll be working either alone or as part of a team, assisting with personal care needs and offering comfort to both patients and their loved ones. To be successful, you ll need to be compassionate, dependable, and professional, with the ability to travel between patient homes to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Bushey
• Abbots Langley
• Chandlers Cross
• Potters Bar
• Barnet
• South Mimms
• Radlett
• Elstree
• Boreham Wood

Shift Patterns Available: (Shifts typically run Monday to Sunday from 08 00)

• Early: 08:00-12:00 / 08:00-15:00 / 16:00
• Late: 14:00-20:00 / 15:00-20:00
• Long Day: 08:00-20:00 / 09:00-21:00

What We re Looking For:

• Full UK driving licence
• Use of your own vehicle
• Reliability and punctuality
• Current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• A minimum of 6 months of care experience

Competitive Pay Rates:

• £12.82 £14.57 per hour (Mon Sat)
• £13.00 £15.00 per hour (Sun & Bank Holidays)
