Part Time Support Worker

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Domum Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join our team, providing care and support for 16-18-year-olds in semi-independent accommodation.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Part-time (12:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
  (Working hours may vary depending on the needs of the young people.)
• Location: Semi-independent accommodation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to young individuals aged 16-18, empowering them to develop life skills and independence.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment to encourage personal growth and development.
• Monitor and report on the progress and needs of the young people, maintaining accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals to meet the holistic needs of the young individuals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with young people in a semi-independent or similar care environment.
• Level 3 Qualification in Social Care (or equivalent).
• An enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) is mandatory.
• A minimum of three professional references.
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
