Cloud Solutions Engineer (Azure / Hybrid) Central London Hybrid £45-52k DOE

We're a fast-growing Managed IT Services Provider for the creative industry, supporting 5,000+ users across 70+ businesses - and we're hiring a Cloud Solutions Engineer to help lead our cloud and hybrid practice.

This is a hands-on, senior role for someone who can design, deliver, and own cloud solutions - not just support them.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and delivering Azure-first & hybrid cloud solutions

• Leading end-to-end cloud migrations (on-prem ? Azure / AWS)

• Managing complex hybrid environments

• Acting as the technical escalation point for cloud infrastructure

• Advising clients on cloud strategy, security, and cost optimisation

• Mentoring junior engineers and shaping best practice

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' experience across hybrid infrastructure & cloud

• Strong Azure skills (VMs, AVD, Networking, Entra ID, Backup/DR)

• Solid on-prem foundations (Windows Server, AD, virtualisation)

• Experience with cloud migrations & architecture design

• Confident, client-facing, and commercially aware
