Turner Lovell is looking for a Project Manager to help deliver renewable energy projects based throughout the southern region of the UK. The client is looking for a DNO/ICP experienced individual to lead, coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of the projects.

Experience as a Project Manager, managing multiple projects of 100k+ (with potential for projects worth 3m+) within the UK is critical for this role. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including the engineering, and commercial teams, as well as external customers and suppliers.

Key duties:

• Work with the Contracts Manager, engineering/design team and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, to quality & SHEQ standards and within budget.
• Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and manage their expectations.
• Manage and foster a strong relationship with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Identify and resolve any project issues that may arise.
• Prepare and submit variations/non-conformance & other project reports.
• Work with the internal engineering team to assist with project processes and efficiency

Requirements:

• 5 + years of Project Management within the UK, renewable energy industry
• Experience working with DNOs in the UK.
• Strong understanding of primary electrical equipment and systems used for transmission / distribution / power generation networks
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Projects.
• Project Management qualification (desirable but not essential).
• NRSWA (New Roads and Street Works act) desirable
• SMSTS
• CSCS/EUSR
• Valid First Aid Training
