Job Responsibilities of a Senior Warehouse Operative:

• Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure targets for safety, quality, and output are met.
• Operate and monitor machinery, performing adjustments and minor maintenance where required.
• Lead by example to the team, supporting, guiding, and training junior operatives.
• Carry out quality checks and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Identify and report equipment issues, process improvements, or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
• Support shift leaders and supervisors in coordinating workflow and meeting deadlines.
• Promote a safe, clean, and efficient working environment at all times.
