Amazing opportunity within this premium contract catering site for a highly skilled and driven Executive Chef. In the heart of The City of London, working for one of the UK's leading contract caterers. You will be responsible for managing a team of 30 Chef's, catering for up to 3,000 people on a daily basis. With an incredibly demanding client there is no margin for error, strong man management skills are essential in this role due to the high pressured environment. The staff restaurant covers cuisines from all over the world and caters for up to 2,500 covers per day, so requires a Chef that has high volume experience and that truly loves food. Along side this the site also has 2 busy hospitality kitchen that have a strong focus on fine dining and bowl food, so experience within hospitality & fine dining is also essential.

The ideal Executive Chef needs to have previous contract catering experience as an Executive Chef.
