" Comprehensive eye exams and myopia control
" Advanced diagnostics including OCT, retinal imaging, corneal topography, and Ortho-K
" A curated selection of luxury eyewear brands
" The latest optical tech and lenses for precision and performance

What You'll Be Doing:
" Dispensing high-quality eyewear with a strong focus on exceptional service
" Guiding patients through tailored frame and lens selection
" Taking initiative to support daily operations
" Dealing with all patients - even the difficult ones - with calmness, patience, and professionalism
" Maintaining social media presence
" Contributing creative ideas for in-store promotions and local marketing
" Supporting the team to use their time effectively and lead by example
Who We're Looking For:
" GOC-registered Dispensing Optician
" Strong timekeeping and reliable day-to-day organisation
" A team player who's happy to 'muck in' at all levels when needed
" Resilient and empathetic - especially when dealing with challenging customers
" Passionate about optics and genuinely proud of their profession
" Someone who uses initiative, is naturally proactive, and wants to make an impact
