Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people's lives? We're looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join a mainstream secondary school in the Woking area, supporting students who may be at risk of exclusion, disengagement, or vulnerable to negative influences.

You'll be working closely with pupils who need:

• Behavioural and emotional support
• Positive role models and structure
• Help with communication and social skills
• Guidance to stay focused and motivated in school
