Your Role

In your first year, you will:

• Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent roles.
• Create professional CV profiles for client marketing.
• Increase candidate placements by collaborating closely with our sales teams.
• Achieve weekly targets and KPIs set in partnership with your manager.
• Earn commission at every step of your journey.

Ongoing Support and Mentorship

You will receive unwavering support from your team manager, our leading training team, and a mentor. Work alongside some of the most successful recruitment consultants in the education sector as you develop your role and professional skills.

Advancement and Beyond

Upon successfully completing your first year, you'll transition to a specially assigned Sales Desk. Unlike other firms, we don't believe in a 'sink-or-swim' approach. Instead, you'll receive advanced training in:
