Our client, a respected name in the HTP sector, is currently seeking a diligent and experienced Project Manager to lead their team, with specific responsibilities for Supervisory duties. This role is based in South East London boroughs and involves overseeing highway maintenance and improvement schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of the Pre-construction, Construction, and Post Construction phases
- Overseeing highway maintenance and improvement schemes valued between 50k and 1.0m
- Supervising site activities to ensure adherence to project requirements and safety standards
- Coordinating with sub-contractors for the execution of projects
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards
- Preparing and presenting progress reports to stakeholders
- Maintaining project documentation and records
Job Requirements:
- Experience in project management within the highway maintenance and improvement sector
- Strong site supervisory skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in managing the Pre-construction, Construction, and Post Construction phases
- Ability to manage multiple projects with annual total revenue circa 2.0m
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
- Understanding of working with sub-contractors and managing stakeholder expectations
