Co-ordinator London VAWG Consortium

The London VAWG Consortium is the largest pan-London coalition of expert women's and Black and Minoritised (BME) specialist VAWG organisations. It has twenty-six members and delivers £8.0 million of services to over 30,000 women and girls each year. Over 50% of the members are by and for BME specialist VAWG organisations.

The next four or five years will be an exciting time for the Consortium. With core funding in place, the Co-ordinator will be able to work with members to consolidate services and how the Consortium organises, and to extend the Consortium's influence to benefit the whole of the expert VAWG sector across London.

You'll have five years previous management experience including policies, staff, finance, information and physical resources; as well as experience of fundraising and monitoring and reporting. You'll be well organised with good communication skills, and enjoy working with diverse groups and creative problem-solving. You'll be happy working face to face and online.
