AC & Refrigeration Service and maintenance engineer

AC & R Service, Maintenance, and Breakdown Engineer (Mobile Role)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (AC&R) Engineer to join our team in a mobile role covering London and the Home Counties. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of AC&R systems across commercial and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including VRVs, VRFs, split systems, chillers, and cold rooms.
• Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring systems are restored efficiently and effectively.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely solutions to minimise downtime.
• Perform system installations and upgrades as required.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete job reports promptly.
• Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations and health and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AC&R servicing, maintenance, and breakdown repair.
• NVQ or City & Guilds levels 1 & 2
• F-Gas certification (Category 1).
• Full UK driving license (required for this mobile role).
• Strong fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
