£38,000 - £52,000 Immediate or September Start

Are you an experienced SEN Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in a specialist setting?

A specialist SEN school in London is seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, SEMH, SLD and complex learning difficulties.

You will play a key role in delivering personalised learning, supporting EHCP outcomes and helping pupils develop both academically and socially within a structured and nurturing setting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs

  • Support pupils with a range of SEN including ASD, SEMH and complex needs

  • Implement and contribute to EHCP targets, reviews and progress tracking

  • Work closely with teaching assistants and therapists within a multi-disciplinary team

  • Create a positive, structured and engaging classroom environment

  • Use creative and adaptive teaching strategies to support engagement and learning

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and external professionals

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience working within an SEN or specialist school setting

  • Strong understanding of EHCP processes and differentiated teaching

  • Confident behaviour management and classroom leadership skills

  • A patient, resilient and adaptable approach to teaching

  • A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
