Day-to-day of the role:

• Teach a range of hair and beauty courses from Level 1 to Level 3, catering to learners aged 14-19 and adults.
• Assess, review, and record learner progress to ensure they meet their educational and career goals.
• Maintain accurate course and learner records.
• Embed essential employment skills into the curriculum to enhance learner employability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree/HND or equivalent vocational professional qualification in a relevant field.
• Certificate in Education or willingness to gain such a qualification.
• Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Assessor or Verifier qualifications are a distinct advantage.
