Our client is looking for an Account Director to join their team to lead from the front and shape the future of a dynamic data centre contract. They are seeking a driven and innovative Account Director to join a rapidly expanding organisation. Account Director:

• Own the P&L: Drive financial performance, develop revenue plans, and deliver profit targets.
• Lead with impact: Provide visionary leadership to ensure all contractual commitments are exceeded.
• Grow the business: Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion, service enhancements, and long-term client relationships.
• Champion safety and compliance: Maintain a healthy, safe, and compliant working environment across all activities.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who is:

• Extensive Data Centre Operational Management Experience
• Technically qualified: Expertise in mechanical or electrical engineering is essential.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong financial acumen and experience managing contracts.
• A strategic leader: Skilled in managing complex operations while maintaining a client-focused approach.
• Detail-oriented: Exceptional organisational skills and a strong focus on accuracy
