About Us:

Empowering Learning is committed to providing exceptional education opportunities for students, empowering them to reach their full potential. Our school in Barnet is an independent school for students aged 11-18 and they have a holistic approach towards education, most of the students attending will have anxiety disorders, mild ASD.

The Role:

As an English Teacher, you will have the opportunity to engage students in stimulating lessons that foster critical thinking, creativity, and a deep appreciation for the English language. From Shakespeare to contemporary literature, you will guide students on a journey of exploration and discovery, equipping them with the skills they need to succeed academically and beyond.

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

- A passion for English literature and language

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities

- Commitment to continuous professional development

- knowledge of SEMH
