You will be catering for up to 300 covers per day, so this site requires someone who is used to cooking for high volumes at the highest level, with a strong knowledge of all the latest food trends, particularly in street food.

This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Chef de Partie to showcase their skills. The ideal candidate should come from a similar environment with high standards of food preparation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a contract catering, preferably within staff dining.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional dishes.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead when necessary.
• Passionate about using seasonal, high-quality ingredients to create innovative dishes.
• Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety certifications.
