Cover Supervisor - Redbridge, London

We're looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join a vibrant Primary School in Redbridge, supporting teachers and students.

This is a term-time only role, offered on a daily rate, with an immediate start available.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a vital part in maintaining continuity of learning when teachers are absent.

The Role

• Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning atmosphere
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and supporting students with their work
• Reporting progress or issues to teaching staff and senior leaders
• Assisting the wider school team where needed
• Supervising classes and ensuring lessons run smoothly
• £110 - £150 Per Day

About You

• Experience working with secondary school students (preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude
• A genuine interest in supporting young people's learning and wellbeing
