Salary: 11.44 - 12.26 per hour

HRGO are recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our client in Folkestone. Our client is a global company, specialising in the production of personal care products, and boast a large factory site in Folkestone, Kent, consisting of high-speed production lines for a number of products.

Production Operatives duties include:

• Ordering and loading components.
• Line start up checks.
• Working on the production line.
• Change overs and wash downs.
• Reading and understanding alarms and problem solving any issues that arise.

Shifts are 12 hours (with breaks) and are 06.00 - 18.00 for day shifts or 18.00 - 06.00 for night shifts. Please note this is on an ad-hoc basis and flexibility is required.
