Role OverviewAs a KS1 Class Teacher, you'll create a welcoming and engaging learning environment, support the development of pupils across all areas of their education, and apply effective assessment techniques in line with the school's ethos. You'll also contribute to lesson planning that meets the diverse needs of all learners.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Evidence of commitment to ongoing professional development
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
• Effective use of differentiation strategies to support all pupils
• Ability to use data and assessments to drive improvement and maintain positive outcomes
