Data Lead

Are you a strategic data expert, able to work collaboratively at senior levels to foster a data confident culture across Tearfund?

We have an exciting new opportunity as Data Lead for Tearfund's Global IT team.

You will own and drive the implementation of the Corporate Data Strategy, working alongside teams to transition the organisation to a unified, data-driven community where data is a core strategic asset.

Providing clear strategic direction, you will:

• Establish robust data governance
• Secure organisational buy-in to align data initiatives with Tearfund's mission
• Oversee the development of data fluency across the global staff body
• Ensure that our data infrastructure is valued, accessible, fit for purpose, and secure

Educated to Degree or diploma level, or holding equivalent qualifications with experience in implementing data strategies, data governance and change management you will be able to work collaboratively alongside others, valuing collective achievement to serve the wider organisation.
