IT Support Officer 30,000 to 35,000 Harlow Based (Site-to-site travel required)
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for IT Support, to join a manufacturing company based in Essex, where you will be supporting the IT Manager in overseeing and coordinating the company's ERP system and technology infrastructure.
In this role you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues that arise from users from all sites and installing software across the network. You will also be required to maintain all users and groups within Active Directory and check Backup systems are managed and in place, whilst working on any IT related projects.

- Proving experience within an IT Support environment.
- Background working with ERP's and CRM's.
- Understanding of networks, servers, cloud computing and EDI.
- Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is desirable.
