Outbound Operations Associate 0830

Our client, a major creative production studio, is seeking an Outbound Operations Associate to support the handling, packaging and dispatch of products following photography and production.
This role is ideal for a hands-on individual who enjoys physical work and thrives in a structured, fast-moving environment.
This is a fully on-site role based in London, working closely with the studio operations team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Processing outbound stock and updating internal systems once items have been imaged.
• Repacking and preparing products for return to fulfilment centres.
• Palletising outgoing stock for safe transport.
• Loading and unloading vans and handling pallets as required.
• Performing quality checks and documenting damaged or missing items.
• Keeping studio and storage areas clean, organised and operationally ready.
• Supporting basic product issue troubleshooting.
• Contributing to administrative tasks and operational reporting.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key requirements include:
• Experience in outbound, repacking, studio, warehouse or production environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with inventory or stock-tracking systems.
• Confidence using tools such as Excel, Word or equivalent software.
• Strong organisational skills and reliability.
• Good communication and a proactive attitude.
